Ingredients: Yellow popping corn.

Instructions: Place 1/4 cup of cooking oil in a heavy 3 quart pan or skillet on a burner set at medium-high heat. Put several kernels into the pan and cover. When these kernels pop, add enough kernels to cover the bottom of the pan. Shake the pan occasionally. After the popping is complete, remove from heat and empty into a large bowl. After popping, add seasonings, salt and/or butter if desired. Will also pop in air poppers!
